The Samsung Eternity (SGH-A867) is an Internet-enabled mobile phone , designed and marketed by Samsung Mobile. It uses a Haptic touchscreen interface, and three buttons, send, end, and back(non-lit). It also has an accelerometer. This comes in use from turning the on-screen keyboard into a QWERTY keyboard, gaming, viewing pictures, etc. The Eternity, in addition to being a mobile phone, also functions as a camera phone, portable media player, text messenger, and a complete web browser and mobile e-mail client. It also has a headphone jack, and like most mobile phones, volume controls at the side. It is for the AT&T network. The device has a built in A-GPS that needs to have reception to operate.[1] The main screen has widgets that are movable, like email and texting. However, the user can not add or download new widgets not included with the phone. The phone lacks Wi-Fi access and a camera flash.

The Samsung SGH-A867, more commonly known as the AT&T Samsung Eternity, is a small touch-screen phone with three buttons on the front and a Quick Menu button on the right side, along with a camera button. On the left side, there is the volume control and the jack for the charger some types of headphones.
It comes with approximately ten pre-loaded ringtones and four pre-loaded text message tones. One can add media to the phone via a USB cord or a SanDisk card, a card reader, and a memory card. The ringtones, if you are able to make them, cannot be over 300 KB, which limits the size and length greatly. It is internet-enabled and one is able to purchases tones, games, and other media via the browser.
It has a 3.0-megapixel camera. The camera interface includes various features such as color tones (including sepia, black & white, etc.), frames, insertable text, and zoom. The device has the ability to record video under the 3GPP format and in higher quality MP4 format.
